I am teaching Sustainable Business models and Sustainable Materials for SLEM’s Master program that focuses on all aspects of innovation for footwear. This Master program is aimed at further educating footwear entrepreneurs, forecasters and consultants as to how the footwear industry can change and improve at this crucial time. Sustainable entrepreneurship and sustainable design are important aspects hereof and tries to answer questions such as: What are suitable materials for shoes in a circular economy? What business models support restorative entreprises?

I am part of the RTB team that organized a co-creation session for the development of a Circular Hotspot (Circular Valley) at Schiphol Trade Park. The start of an ongoing community of 100 people (and growing) that can envision a renewing sparkling world where our guiding principles are driven by values.
